Parsley Seeds
Note: Germination instructions are not on seed packets, follow the instructions below for starting seed.
Sow parsley seed outdoors as early as the ground can be worked. Plant in rows 15 inches apart, spacing seeds 1/2 inch apart in the row. Cover parsley seed with 1/4 inch of fine soil, well pressed down. Keep soil moist until plants start to grow.
When parsley plants are 2 to 3 inches tall, thin to 4 or 5 inches apart.
